Operational Excellence Manager
Job Description
DESCRIPTION
- Support development and continuous piloting of process improvements and ongoing benchmarking initiatives
- Ensure station management is understanding benchmark rates and is trained in technical configurations to drive accurate reporting and productivity boost
- During peak time, you will have the responsibility for the day to day management of a Delivery Station, providing leadership to Operations Supervisors,
- Operations Assistants and Delivery Service Providers, managing external agency relationships and performance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excel advanced level and SQL coding.
- 3+ years of continuous improvement-
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other OE tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Data analysis skills and familiarity with supporting tools e.g. Minitab, JMP, Asana.
- Data visualisation tools (powerBI, quicksight or equivalent).
