Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship

Description

  1. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team.
  2. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily administrative operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  2. Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
  3. Support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative tasks.
  4. Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as needed.
  5. Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate office calendars.
  6. Assist with internal and external communications.

Requirements

  1. A diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  3. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  4. Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
  5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

What We Offer

  1. Salary: N100,000 – N200,000 per month.
