Job Description
As a Sales Manager and Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and business development initiatives across the Asia Pacific region. Your day will involve engaging with customers, closing sales deals, and collaborating with multinational peers to achieve business goals. You will also maintain a strong connection with the Naroda factory to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our business in this region.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Sales and Business development for Asia Pacific Region:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Europe region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Close sales deals and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and operations to align on sales strategies and customer needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Africa and Middle East regions, focusing on long-term growth and sustainability.
- Establish and maintain connections with key stakeholders and customers, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Drive business growth by demonstrating market insights, customer feedback, and innovative approaches.
- Work closely with the Naroda factory to ensure product availability, quality, and timely delivery to customers.
- Develop and implement business development plans that align with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.
What You Bring
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Proven track record of closing sales deals and achieving revenue targets in diverse markets.
- Experience working with multinational peers and in diverse cultural environments, demonstrating strong intercultural communication skills.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
