About the Role

1. Crescita is hiring a Data Engineer who can design and manage data pipelines, ensuring data is clean, reliable, and accessible for analytics and decision-making.
2. This role requires technical expertise in data architecture, ETL processes, and database management.

Responsibilities

1. Build and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes
2. Ensure data security, governance, and compliance
3. Monitor system performance and optimize data flows
4. Manage and maintain large-scale databases
5. Collaborate with analysts and scientists to provide clean data

Requirements

1. Strong experience in SQL, data modeling, and ETL tools
2. Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
3. Ability to work across cross-functional teams
4. Proficiency in big data technologies and cloud data platforms
