In 2018, we established Wyndham Destinations, Inc. and spun off our hotel business into a separate publicly traded company, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. We continue to drive our connection with Wyndham Rewards, one of the top loyalty programs in the hospitality industry. In 2021, Wyndham Destinations acquired the iconic Travel + Leisure brand and became Travel + Leisure Co., aligning with our strategy to be the world’s leading membership and leisure travel company.
