Job Summary

1. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will build and scale affiliate programs for clients, enabling cost-effective reach and sales growth.
2. This role requires strong networking, partner management, and analytical skills to ensure affiliate relationships drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs for clients.
2. Identify new partnership opportunities to expand reach.
3. Ensure compliance with program guidelines and agreements.
4. Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates.
5. Track affiliate performance, payouts, and ROI.

Requirements

1. Proven experience managing affiliate programs.
2. Analytical mindset with ability to track and optimize performance.
3. Knowledge of affiliate tracking tools and platforms.
4. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
