We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Android Developer

Location: Nigeria (Remote)

Responsibilities

  1. Build scalable and user-friendly Android applications from concept through deployment.
  2. Design intuitive user interfaces that provide smooth and seamless user experiences.
  3. Deep knowledge of Android fragments and XML layouts to build adaptive interfaces across various device sizes and form factors.
  4. Oversee testing, maintenance, and regular updates to ensure application reliability and performance.
  5. Develop high-quality code based on design specifications and wireframes.
  6. Maintain up-to-date documentation of application designs and technical specifications.
  7. Strong understanding of Android design standards and user interface best practices.
  8. Work with diverse data sources and third-party APIs to enhance application features.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver new features.
  10. Identify and resolve bugs while enhancing application performance.
  11. Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate them to improve development workflows and efficiency.

Requirements

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree in dDegree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  2. Proven working experience in Android app development and have published at least one original Android app.
  3. Skilled in incorporating third-party SDKs and APIs for extended app capabilities.
  4. Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
  5. Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
  6. Hands-on experience with the Android SDK and its core components.
  7. Experienced in connecting Android applications to backend services using REST and JSON.

Salary
N500,000 / Month (Non-negotiable)
