Role Overview

  1. The Business Development Officer at Crescita Solutions will be responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships across Pan-African and global markets.
  2. This role requires a proactive and results-driven mindset, combining market research, networking, and structured outreach to create long-term value for the business.
  3. The officer will not only focus on acquiring new clients but also work to strengthen existing relationships by understanding client needs and proposing tailored digital solutions.
  4. They will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and strategy teams to design pitches, respond to proposals, and create growth-focused strategies that align with Crescita Solutions’ mission of delivering scalable results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  2. Support the negotiation and closing of business deals.
  3. Work with sales and marketing to align strategies.
  4. Track and report business development metrics.
  5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and clients.
  6. Research industry trends and competitor activities.
  7. Develop proposals and presentations for clients.

Requirements

  1. Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  2. Knowledge of digital marketing or tech industries is a plus.
  3. Self-driven with strong organizational skills.
  4. Strong networking and presentation skills.
  5. Analytical mindset with market research abilities.
