AirNow Trips Limited is a travel agency that offers various services to make travelling easier and more affordable.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

1. Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
2. Generate sales leads
3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
4. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
6. Take the extra mile to engage customers
7. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
8. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
9. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
10. Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

Requirements and Skills

1. High school Diploma
2. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills
5. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
6. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
7. Track record of over-achieving quota
8. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Salary

N90,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
