Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Ogun, and Oyo

About the Role

1. We are looking for a Head of Compliance who can ensure regulatory adherence, manage risks, and uphold ethical standards across all business operations.
2. This leadership role requires deep knowledge of compliance frameworks, attention to detail, and the ability to build processes that protect both the company and its clients.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and oversee compliance programs and policies
2. Advise leadership on compliance and governance matters
3. Train teams on compliance best practices
4. Monitor industry regulations and ensure company alignment
5. Conduct internal audits and risk assessments

Requirements

1. Extensive experience in compliance, governance, or legal advisory roles
2. Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
4. Proven ability to design compliance frameworks
