About the Role

1. We are hiring a Head of PR and Brand Strategy to define how Crescita Solutions and its clients are perceived in the market.
2. This leadership role requires vision, strong storytelling ability, and the ability to shape consistent narratives across multiple touchpoints.
3. You will build credibility, strengthen brand presence, and safeguard reputation while driving strategies that resonate with stakeholders, customers, and media partners.

Responsibilities

1. Lead brand positioning and communication strategies
2. Manage crisis communication and ensure brand resilience
3. Guide content creation and campaigns that align with strategic goals
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and partners
5. Oversee press releases, interviews, and public appearances

Requirements

1. Significant experience in PR, communications, or brand management
2. Deep understanding of media relations and storytelling
3. Ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism.
4. Strong leadership and people management skills
