Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Document customer interactions and transactions in a clear and concise manner
  2. Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  3. Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
  4. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  5. Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by management
  6. Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses
  7. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively assist customers

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

  1. HND or higher
  2. 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent service
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software
