Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Document customer interactions and transactions in a clear and concise manner
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by management
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively assist customers
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- HND or higher
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing excellent service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with customer service software
