Job Title: Operations Manager

Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Ogun, Oyo
Job type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Role Overview

1. The Operations Manager at Crescita Solutions will oversee internal workflows, hybrid team efficiency, vendor coordination, and quality assurance across all projects.
2. This role requires strong organizational skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to balance people management with process optimization.
3. The Operations Manager will serve as the central point of coordination between in-house teams, freelancers, and vendors, ensuring seamless execution of deliverables while upholding Crescita’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain operational workflows to ensure efficiency across hybrid (remote and on-site) teams.
2. Coordinate vendor and freelancer activities, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and quality benchmarks.
3. Implement tools and systems for project tracking, reporting, and collaboration.
4. Work closely with leadership to forecast resource needs and optimize staffing.
5. Foster a culture of accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement.
6. Oversee quality assurance processes, reviewing project outputs for accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
7. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in communication, workflow, or resource allocation.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in operations management, project coordination, or team leadership.
2. Solid understanding of hybrid and remote team dynamics.
3. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
4. Background in digital marketing or creative industries is a plus.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
