Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Overseeing and coordinating daily business operations
  2. Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
  3. Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
  4. Working closely with the management team to set goals, plan and execute business strategies
  5. Identifying operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implementing necessary changes
  6. Managing procurement processes and coordinating material and resources allocation

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Proven work experience as an Operations Officer or similar role
  2. Experience with operational processes, analysis, and reporting
  3. Understanding of business functions including HR, Finance, and Marketing
  4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  6. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
  7. Proficiency with MS Office and operational software
