Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Overseeing and coordinating daily business operations
- Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Working closely with the management team to set goals, plan and execute business strategies
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implementing necessary changes
- Managing procurement processes and coordinating material and resources allocation

Skills and Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an Operations Officer or similar role
- Experience with operational processes, analysis, and reporting
- Understanding of business functions including HR, Finance, and Marketing
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
- Proficiency with MS Office and operational software
