Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Corrugation Section)

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

  1. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Coordinator. This individual will play a critical role in driving sales performance, managing client relationships and contributing to the overall growth of the branch operations.

Key Requirements

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed branch sales targets.
  2. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, production and finance) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  4. Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts to the Branch Manager
  5. Identify and follow up on new business leads and opportunities in the steel market.
  6. Manage and expand the existing client base, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  7. Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional Certificate is an added advantage.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  3. Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  5. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B Sales, preferably within the Packaging Manufacturing Industry.
  6. Strong knowledge of Packaging products, market dynamics and client management.
