We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description

1. Have you done Insurance sales for a minimum of two years?
2. Do you currently manage an Insurance sales team or do you have the capacity to build one very quickly?
3. Heirs Insurance Group is looking for you – Unit Manager with 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry who can either: Bring along an existing team of dynamic sales agents or rapidly recruit, train, and lead a productive retail sales force.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a Team to do the following:

1. Drive the sales of Life Insurance, Investment Plans, Pure Protection, and Pension (Annuity for Life) products
2. Promote retail insurance solutions across Lagos and beyond
3. Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing retail agency team
4. Prospect and pitch to multinationals, government parastatals, and private organisations
5. Build long-term client relationships while providing expert insurance guidance

Requirements

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a reputable insurance company
2. Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
3. The ability to work independently and manage field agents.
4. A team-first leadership style with strong coaching and sales management skills
5. A teachable spirit, relentless drive, and proven ability to meet sales targets
