Requirements
- B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in retail, supermarket, or FMCG environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good knowledge of supermarket operations, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
