Job Summary

• As the Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that strengthens the brand’s visibility and showcases its lifestyle and real estate offerings across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Plan and execute content shoots, including property tours, reels, and promotional campaigns
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent publishing across platforms
• Create engaging video, photo, and written content for social media platforms
• Develop property and lifestyle content that drives audience engagement and brand awareness

Requirements

• Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an advantage
• 2 – 3 years proven experience in content creation, preferably within real estate or lifestyle brands
• Strong skills in video production, photography, editing, and social media content creation
• Strong creativity, communication skills, and a portfolio demonstrating previous content work.

Salary
N300,000 – N400,000 monthly.
