Job Title: Production Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

  • KPMG is currently seeking a Production Operations Supervisor to lead production operations support, maintenance planning, scheduling, operational readiness activities and execution coordination activities across production operations.
  • The role will be responsible for overseeing maintenance planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and planning review processes to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient execution of production operations activities.

Requirements
You’re a strong candidate if you have:

  • 5–8 years of offshore experience in production operations, maintenance planning, scheduling, or asset integrity functions, with demonstrated supervisory or coordination responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise systems such as ERP, CMMS, or asset management platforms. Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools will be an advantage
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Primavera P6, APICS/ASCM, NEBOSH, Six Sigma) will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in oil & gas, energy, or large industrial operational environments is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline; with a minimum of Second-Class Lower (2.2) GPA.

You’ll help our oil and gas clients succeed by:

  • Overseeing material, contractor, equipment, and resource readiness requirements to support schedule compliance and execution efficiency.
  • Monitoring planning performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and providing leadership to planning and scheduling teams.
  • Ensuring effective coordination between planning teams and field execution teams to support safe and efficient work execution
  • Driving resource planning, allocation, and levelling activities to ensure efficient utilisation of personnel, contractors, and equipment.
  • Ensuring maintenance schedules incorporate operational risks, resource constraints, and material readiness requirements
  • Leading the development and optimisation of integrated maintenance plans and schedules to support production and asset reliability objectives.
  • Supervising Production Operations Officers and coordinating workload allocation across planning and operational support activities
  • Overseeing the preparation and quality assurance of execution-ready work packs to support effective maintenance delivery.
  • Leading Integrated Activity Planning (IAP) sessions, planning reviews, and schedule governance forums to align stakeholders and priorities.
  • Acting as the primary escalation point for planning, scheduling, resource, material readiness, and execution support issues
  • Providing coaching, guidance, and performance management support to Production Operations Officers.
