Requirements

• OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a supermarket, retail, or FMCG environment.
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of store operations, stock control, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
